Job Title Technical Support Specialist - Digital Pathology Job Description: Technical Support Specialist - Digital Pathology Provide expert, high-complexity technical support for Philips Digital Pathology scanner devices and software—remotely and onsite—ensuring timely ticket resolution, effective escalations, and continuous improvement through documentation and root-cause actions. Your role: - Make a direct impact on patient care by keeping Digital Pathology scanner devices and software performing reliably through expert troubleshooting, corrective actions, and escalation management. - Work closely with customers and Field Service Engineers across Europe, and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Unit, Clinical/Marketing, and R&D) to assess issues, coordinate the right support, and drive resolution. - Grow your expertise as a key escalation point (L2) for Digital Pathology in Europe, including coaching and training the Field Service Engineer community. - This role combines remote support with travel (Benelux) for onsite customer interventions when needed (on average 2 days per week) and a minimum of 1 day per week working from the office (Best). - A career at Philips co...
