The Automotive Detailer Assistant Manager will oversee and participate in achieving productivity goals and ensuring all vehicles are prepared to company quality standards. This role is responsible for directing, motivating, and developing our Service Agent team, who play a critical part in delivering exceptionally clean, high-quality vehicles. In addition, the Assistant Manager will support the hiring, training, evaluation, and scheduling of Service Agent personnel.
