Specialist Engineer – Discipline Digitization Lead: WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM: As a Specialist Engineer – Digitization, you will combine your 5+ years of engineering discipline experience with strong digitization skills to create and industrialize digital tools and automated workflows. Based in Oslo, Norway and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a key role in transforming how we work by leading internal digitization initiatives that improve quality, reduce engineering hours, and standardize best practices across projects. HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT: In this role, you will own and manage digitization for your discipline.
