Direct supervision of resident medicine teams in the overall care and treatment of the patient. 2. Provide timely and complete documentation as outlined by CMS Teaching Physician Documentation requirements. 3. Provide didactic and hands-on training of the trainee in terms of diagnosis, physical examination, interpretation of tests, procedures and proper documentation. 4. Attend Morning Report, Journal Club, Case Conference, and Grand Rounds. 5. Report directly to Program Director. 6. Teach Medical Student rotating on the House Services. 7. Participate in scholarly activities including research endeavors, quality improvement projects, or medical staff/hospital committee participation. 8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Inpatient Medicine Attending: b. Role of Inpatient Attending: (6 months) i. Inpatient Attending must be an ABIM board-certified internist/subspecialist ii.
