SUMMARY: The Team Lead works in the production department assisting the production manager. Leads by example with safety ensuring the quality of the products produced meet or exceed production goals and train new or inexperienced employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Verifies that non-standards orders are produced according to written instructions, according the Red Flag system. - Troubleshoots equipment specific issues and makes appropriate adjustments. - Prints manufacturing and material handler schedules, and not ready reports. - Uses the manufacturing computer program to monitor orders. - Ensures that all safety requirements are met by all employees. - Promotes ClarkDietrich core values through actions as a role model. - When necessary can fill in for the Shift Supervisor in a non-supervisory role. - Demonstrates a sound work ethic and actions...
