Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a passionate, and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Position Description: The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will manage daily inbound and outbound shipments at our Idaho Falls facility. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting deliveries, updating inventory records, preparing outgoing packages, coordinating carrier pickups, and maintaining general warehouse organization. Specific responsibilities may include: Inbound Logistics - Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy & condition. - Record tracking information and update inventory systems. - Assist with unloading freight from trucks safely and efficiently. Outbound Logistics: - Package and label shipments for carriers. - Coordinate carrier pickups and ensure timely dispatch.
