Summary: The Custodial Floor Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all floor maintenance operations within assigned facilities. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and appearance of flooring surfaces. The supervisor ensures proper use of equipment and chemicals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise and coordinate daily floor care operations (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, etc.) - Train custodial staff on proper floor care techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage - Inspect work to ensure quality standards are consistently met - Develop and manage floor maintenance schedules - Operate and maintain floor care equipment (buffers, burnishers, extractors, scrubbers) - Monitor inventory of supplies and request replenishments as needed - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards - Respond to emergency cleaning or spill situations as needed - Maintain documentation of work performed and equipment maintenance EXP...
