What this job involves: The Service Maintenance Manager (SM) oversees a staff of maintenance technicians, groundskeepers and housekeepers, etc. Responsible for implementing training platforms, preventive maintenance programs and regular schedules for the onsite personnel and properties. Assists in taking care of day-to-day tasks onsite, such as work orders, reports and handles maintenance contracts, vendor bids and evaluations, and oversees compliance with all JLL policies, applicable laws, and ordinances including Fair Housing and Equal Employment laws.
