Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Case Manager to join our growing Cardiology department. This role is essential in coordinating patient care, managing provider schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in care coordination, scheduling, and working within a fast-paced healthcare environment in Florida, with familiarity in the Miami patient population.
