Customer Advisor - Argos

Job description

Weekly schedule of a minimum of 15 hours across varying shifts between 8am and 5:30pm (extended opening during Christmas weeks). Flexible availability required including weekends and overtime to cover holidays etc. What you’ll be doing: - Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter - Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds - Bring in deliveries, put away stock on shelves, use stockroom equipment including ladders, cages, sack barrow and pallet truck. - Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet - Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations What makes a great Argos Colleague: - Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers. - Comfortable talking to customers about our financial services when buying certain products - Happy working in a fast-pac...
