Logistics Analyst, Sr.: Serves as meeting planner responsible for supporting and planning virtual and in-person meetings in support of NASA scientific panels, conferences and workshops. Seven years of meeting planning and administrative experience working with hotels and/or conference facilities as required. Working knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). Duties include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: - Delivers logistic support pre planning and on-site support for large panel review meetings, conferences, and symposiums: conduct meeting site visits/space selection in NRESS office, hotels, conference centers, etc. - Support in-person meetings as assigned local and out of the area. - Negotiate contracts and include NRESS specific contract clauses. - Se...
