This role is responsible for full cycle recruiting and on-boarding, at our office located in Gray, Maine. The ideal candidate should be organized and possess strong customer services skills with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional candidate and on-boarding experience. This role will support the HR and Training departments. Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities Include: First contact for all walk-ins and phone calls. Greeting applicants and employees here for training. Review and maintain applicant tracking and waitlist in our HRIS system. Answer website inquiries and campaign emails. Conduct interviews and match applicants with open schedules. Manage on-boarding processes, send offer letters, gather paperwork, stay in contact until day one of training.
