Job Description Reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will be the regional technical leader responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites within the frozen meal assembly network. You will support the Theory of Operations framework through documentation, training, validation, and cross‑site collaboration, partnering with subject matter experts, site specialists, and plant operations, maintenance, and process engineering teams to advance best practices and develop technical talent. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership to site teams on frozen meal assembly processes. Share operational insights and champion cross‑site collaboration. Support development and deployment of Theory of Operations documentation. Coordinate site priorities and resource needs for ToO execution.
