Job description

Prepares and checks plate presentation, accuracy and ticket times for food going out of the window. Will interact with guests and should have knowledge of all menu items. Is responsible for communicating salad bar needs to the kitchen as well as other food issues. This job will also involve opening and closing side duties. Maintains assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Mobility and dexterity to move and carry large heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Mobility to move easily in outlet and service areas . 1 year in Front of House in the hospitality field. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a tray for a distance of up to fifty yards.
