Vice President, Finance & Accounting Reports to: President, Americas | Dotted line to Global CFO About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance & Accounting to lead financial strategy, performance, and operations across our Americas business. This executive will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A), serving as a key strategic partner to the President of the Americas and the global CFO. Our client is experiencing strong, steady growth — with plans to double in size over the next three years. The ideal candidate is a hands-on financial leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution and build scalable systems that support sustainable expansion. What You’ll Do: Lead all accounting, FP&A, and financial operations across the Americas region. Oversee P&L performance and long-term financial planning. Develop and mentor a high-performing team of finance professionals. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support data-driven decisions.
