Excess Flood Insurance Coordinator

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to c oordinate the excess flood program and operations regarding policies, applications, and other related documents and works with agents to provide quotes and policies. Essential duties include the following: - Ensures all necessary documents and premium obtained are verified for accuracy, prior to processing policy in the VMGA system. - Process endorsements and cancellations as necessary. - Communicate with insureds agents and brokers for any missing documentation needed to complete the file. - Works internally with underwriters to resolve any discrepancies within documents/coverages. - Obtains and provides internal Surplus Lines Dept with required state specific forms and meet tax filing deadlines. - Processes refunds through workday - Handles of incoming and outgoing calls; to include processing of phone payments, taking applications and resolving any questions regarding policy. - Handles of any incoming emails. -...
