Innovation Project Manager

H2M architects + engineers is seeking a dynamic, hands-on future focused Innovation Project Manager to drive transformative initiatives that elevate our Learning & Development programs, operational processes, and firmwide innovation culture. This role blends strategic innovation leadership, project management excellence, and technology-forward thinking. You will work cross functionally to identify high value opportunities, design pilot programs, introduce emerging tools (including AI enabled technologies), and guide projects from concept through implementation. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the Innovation Project Manager will serve as a champion of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
