- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph. - Bachelor’s degree preferably in an IT related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or a master’s with 4 years of experience; an Associates with 8 years of experience. - Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript’s programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide. - ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA). - Understanding of and support with best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management. - Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners. - Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately. - Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required. - Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation. - Must remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.
