Forward Deployed Engineer

Job description

At Dema, we’re building the agent platform for modern commerce teams, connecting marketing, orders, inventory, returns, margins, forecasts, product data, customer behavior, and external systems into a unified intelligence layer. Now we’re deploying production-grade AI agents that act on that intelligence: governed, evaluated, equipped with the right tools and skills, supported by memory, and built to run safely in real customer workflows. We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit down with our customers, understand their pain points, and build agentic workflows in the Dema Agent platform that solve real operational problems. Sometimes that means building a replenishment agent that monitors stock, forecasts demand, and recommends what to reorder. Sometimes it means creating a creative generation workflow for top-performing commerce brands that need high-quality output at scale. Sometimes it means an agent that tracks margin, incrementality, campaigns, product velocity, or inventory risk, then turns Dema’s intelligence into budget decisions inside the customer’s business.
