Position Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain all HVAC systems for optimal performance - Maintain building automation system to ensure that all building control systems maintain communication, including commissioning and calibration of systems on a regular basis - Assist with the development of PM schedules and perform PM based on manufacturers standards or higher on all HVAC Systems - Make repairs as needed and oversee larger repairs to ensure proper work is completed - Must remain current with latest HVAC technology and safety trends - Assist with the development of specifications and oversee maintenance/repair service contracts - Develop and write RFP’s while maintaining...
