This role supports a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations intake, and student employment administration. The HR Generalist works closely with managers and employees across the institution, providing guidance, coordination, and support in key HR processes. This position also serves as a backup to the Benefits Manager and Payroll Manager and contributes to cross-training within the HR team to ensure continuity of services. The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented professional who is comfortable working across multiple HR functions and partnering with departments to support effective HR practices.
