Overview: Calibrant Energy is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join a collaborative and growing finance team supporting a multi-entity, technically complex business operating at the center of the energy transition. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who enjoys problem solving, navigating complexity, and building scalable accounting processes. This role will play a critical part in the monthly close process, financial reporting and will be instrumental in preparing for and supporting external audits. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, enjoys solving complex accounting issues, and is comfortable operating in an environment where accuracy, documentation, and judgment matter.
