Description: The Division of Operations and Maintenance within the Emory National Primate Research Center at Emory University is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Physical Plant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, and compassion for both animals and people. The Assistant Director will establish preventive maintenance program and ensure safe and efficient operations of building equipment, including boilers, HVAC systems & controls, life safety systems, and laboratory air & vacuum systems. They will ensure that animal housing, clinical, and high containment spaces are maintained according to established standards and regulatory requirements.
