Company Description Mission: The Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent. Working alongside the HR Manager and HR Business Partners they will leverage recruitment best practices and processes within their local market. The Talent Acquisition will ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle and be responsible for agency / vendor management together with the HR Manager / BP. Job Description: Recruitment: - Manage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the Red Bull businesses. - Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles. - Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including new starter packs, inductions etc...) - Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics.
