Performs accurate data entry and maintains detailed records using document imaging and retention systems to ensure compliance with title processing requirements. Conducts thorough research to identify and resolve title discrepancies and operational inefficiencies, while actively detecting and preventing fraudulent activity. Applies working knowledge of DMV operations and regulatory environments to support consistent and accurate title processing.
