Job Description We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor System Engineer / Chip Architect to define and drive the system architecture of next-generation sensor IC solutions for automotive and industrial markets. This role is a technical leadership role at the intersection of physics, electronics, and embedded systems, responsible for translating system requirements into silicon architectures. You will act as the technical authority from concept to silicon, ensuring performance, cost and time to market. You will interact with a wide variety of experts from various disciplines including functional safety experts. Key Responsibilities: - Define the end-to-end system architecture for sensor ICs, covering analog front-end, digital signal processing and control logic incl. embedded MCU and interfaces. - Perform architectural trade-off analysis e.g. power, performance, cost, area, safety, development time - Define partitioning between analog, mixed-signal, digital, embedded software and algorithms - Derive chip-level requirements from system and customer use cases.
