Senior Manager - Manufacturing Assembly & Operations

Job description

As the Senior Manager – Manufacturing Assembly and Operations, you will lead operations for a complex value-added manufacturing environment supporting electrical assemblies, wire harnesses, PLC control panels, motor starter panels, and other custom engineered solutions. You will be responsible for managing production and technical teams involved in design support, assembly, testing, and modification of electrical and automation solutions for internal business units and external customers. You will drive operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting engineering collaboration, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Working Environment: Warehouse – Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted. Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. Operates heavy equipment.
