Job Summary: DRS Naval Electronics is looking for a Senior Project Engineer (PE) working in a hybrid model work environment from our location in Largo, FL. The role will entail supporting existing RF (e.g. Radar or EW) programs, Design & Development, proposals and Internal Research & Development (IRAD) efforts. The PE will be the Engineering lead on development, production, or services programs, and will be responsible for managing a cross-functional engineering team (hardware and software) for all design, implementation, and qualification activities. This position could also lead IRAD efforts assisting in the set-up, operation, maintenance, and development of a component or systems in efforts such as requirements development, trade studies, testing, planning, and reporting.
