Job Description Kraft Heinz Türkiye is looking for an exciting Customer Service Intern to join our Customer Service team. Your role will support end-to-end order management processes through SAP (order creation, updates, tracking). This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in Customer Service and work closely with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support end to end order management processes through SAP (order creation, updates, tracking) - Monitor stock availability, delivery timelines, and shipment status. - Preparing daily / monthly reports. - Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and proactive updates - Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams - Track key KPIs (Case Fill Rate , OTIF, etc) and support reporting Qualifications: - 4th year undergraduate student - Good level of English - Based in Istanbul or able to work in our Istanbul office - Good knowledge of MS Office programs - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Willing to learn and open to collaboration ​ About Us: The Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with eight $1 billion+ brands and gl...
