We are adding another Senior Clinical Director to the management team! Our Sr. Director of Clinical Services is responsible for assuring that Innovive Health clinicians provide high quality care and continually drives improved patient outcomes. This position is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of clinical standards and preferred practice protocols which promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible and accountable for clinical efficiencies and quality healthcare outcomes through effective leadership and management of department staff; consults with and advises management to ensure that department goals and performance measures are met. - Directs implementation of approved work methods, patient care models and procedures that ensure best in class patient care; proactively reviews effectiveness of process and procedures and modifies as needed. - Partners with Clinical Executive team to maintain the agency in a state of survey readiness at all times; ensures the agency and all programs comply with state, local and federal regulatory requirements. - Creates and reviews key benchmark reports with...
