OBJECTIVE: Director of Property Claims Objective: To drive claims performance for the entire property team. To assure compliance and successfully balance adjusted loss expense, loss cost and customer satisfaction. Directly responsible to ensure the prompt, efficient and consistent handling, operation, control and disposition of all first and third party personal and commercial property claims. To plan, organize and direct the implementation and usage of tools and emerging technology needed through innovation and the simplification of business processes. To provide direction, leadership and technical services for property claims. Responsible for ensuring quality and customer service standards are achieved. Develop and be responsible for assigned division and corporate projects that contribute and support strategic goals.
