Residential General Manager | One88 Condominiums Columbia Hospitality Residential Services is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our residents daily in Bellevue, Washington at this one of a kind luxury, high-rise community. Our ideal candidate is a trusted leader with prior experience in luxury, residential communities and with a proven track record, building and maintain direct partnerships with the HOA and board of directors. As General Manager, you provide overall direction and leadership for all departments in the property and play a key role in governance, financial stewardship, risk mitigation, and resident trust.
