You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates supporting the lifecycle performance of our locomotive fleets. You’ll play a key role in developing and improving maintenance technologies, standardizing repair processes, and ensuring the availability of the correct special tools, equipment, and spare parts. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with maintenance, operations, supply chain, and R&D teams to analyze repair efficiency, define technical standards, and deploy optimized work methods across the fleet.
