We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate & dedicated Field Sales Manager, to lead our Off-Trade Field Sales team in the South! What will I be doing?: Based in the South region of the UK, you will lead & manage the Off-Trade Field Sales team, ensuring the effective delivery of business KPIs across retail stores. This role oversees recruitment, training, performance management, and continuous team development, while maintaining high standards of customer service and consistent brand representation throughout the region. As the Off-Trade Field Sales team leader across our heartland, this is a high-profile and strategically important position!
