Job Summary: The Manager of Retail and Events is responsible for organizing lead-generating retail and consumer events in 3 Markets. Those Markets consist of Philadelphia, New York & New Jersey. This will include identifying retail and event opportunities, developing scripts and collateral and management of retail and event staff, including their hours & productivity. This will include identifying & scheduling events such as Home Show, State Fairs, Fairs, etc. to staff with a team that generates quality appointments for our sales force. You are responsible for interviewing, training, teaching, & going coaching of the team of promoters which consist of visiting promoters on a consistent basis at retail partners & events.
