Job description

State Street Investment Management (“State Street IM”) is seeking a Head of Product Implementation, Managing Director to build and lead a global Product Implementation function within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization. The role reports to the Global Head of Product Technology and Business Services and is responsible for coordinating the operational build and launch of new products in close partnership with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) Product Innovation team. This is a senior, global leadership role accountable for translating product strategy into executable operating models. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across the COO, risk, compliance, technology, and State Street Bank to ensure new product initiatives are delivered in a scalable, controlled, and timely manner.
