The Aquatic Coordinator is accountable for the programs and activities conducted in the facility aquatics and pool area and supervision of aquatic instructors and lifeguards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High School diploma or GED. 2. AED / CPR Certified 3. Current Lifeguard Certification through the American Red Cross, United States Lifesaving Association (USLA), or American Lifeguard Association (ALA). EXPERIENCE: 1. O ne (1) year experience in a supervisory role within the health/fitness or aquatics industry. EXPERIENCE: 1. Three (3) years’ experience as a lifeguard.
