SCOPE OF WORK: The Production Innovation Center Manager is accountable for the productive, efficient management of the Innovation Center operations. Oversee the manufacturing, performance, assembly, and quality of manufacturing materials for field installation. Oversee the development, process design, and implementation of cost control. Responsible to investigate and implement leading edge processes and create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Ensures the Innovation Center runs smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely. Additionally, the manager is accountable for delivering manufacturing projects within budget and achieving targeted labor hours in alignment with the company’s business plan.
