Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following. Record & document information necessary for trace-recall of finished product Record all weights necessary to meet customer finished product specifications Record all HACCP checks with supporting documents to assure all critical control points are met Monitor Company Good Manufacturing Practices Gather all samples for Micro analysis Support QA Supervisors in all areas Check and record quality and weights according to specifications Monitor waste Monitor employees for accurate appearance defect removal Perform bake and fry tests Check and record packaging and date code information based on specifications Potato temperatures in the oven Work indirectly with engineers on department improvements Work with maintenance to ensure 97% uptime Responsible for training other employees Responsible for managing...
