Equifax UK Ltd , is seeking a Senior UX Design Manager to help drive the strategic direction and delivery of intuitive, innovative software and platform experiences across diverse product portfolios. Leveraging Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles, this senior design role is crucial for optimizing user journeys, understanding customer needs and pain-points, integrating forward-thinking design solutions, and ensuring robust collaboration with Equifax Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, and Development teams. These teams are located across 3 UK sites (London, Leeds and Nottingham), and offshore development teams in India, Chile and Costa Rica. This role forms part of a Global UX Centre of Excellence , collaborating with UX designers in the US and other global markets.
