As Head of RevOps , you will be the architect of our growth engine: our Business teams (strategic partnerships and SMB).: Your responsibilities: Lead & Scale: Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 people, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Organizational Design: Define the RevOps roadmap and ensure the team is structured to support our rapid scaling. Funnel Management: Audit and refine the end-to-end revenue process to eliminate friction points.
