Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Lead Position Overview: The IT Lead provides Tier 3 technical support and leads advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, and infrastructure improvement. This role develops, maintains, and implements IT systems, applications, and network configurations. Responsibilities: - Resolve escalated service requests and technical issues. - Analyze, recommend, and implement IT infrastructure improvements. - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications. - Support end-users onsite, remotely, and via phone/email. - Provide technical leadership on Microsoft, Apple, and server systems. Qualifications: - BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years. - IAT Level II and CE/OS certification. - PMI certification. - Windows or Apple Certified Technician. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server OS, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, hardware, and network troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Ivanti, SCCM, or Jamf Pro.
