Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Expert Business Analyst KYC. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Lead the end-to-end analysis and implementation of KYC regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with EU/local regulations (AML/CTF), client group policies, and audit requirements. - Interpret regulatory texts (such as EU AML directives and Belgian KYC laws) and translate them into actionable business and technical requirements, validated with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams. - Define and prioritize KYC-specific requirements (including customer due diligence, UBO identification, sanctions screening) and use cases for IT systems, ensuring full traceability to regulatory sources. - Design and optimize KYC business processes to address regulatory changes, ensuring scalability across branches, mid-offices, and brands. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and IT teams to translate regulatory requirements into technic...
