SMX is seeking HUMINT Collection Management Officer SME to join our growing team of Mission Support Experts. This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts. Application Deadline: June 8, 2026: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and synchronize comprehensive HUMINT collection strategies that support Unconventional Warfare (UW) and Counter-Terrorism (CT) objectives - Manage the full life cycle of Intelligence Collection Requirements (ICR), translating commander’s critical information requirements (CCIRs) into actionable tasks for field elements - Embed collection management into the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle to ensure rapid exploitation of captured materials and personnel - Review and "sanitize" Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), providing critical feedback to collectors to refine source placement and access - Work with counterintelligence and operational vetting cells to ensure the integrity of the human source pool in high-threat, non-permissive environments - Deploy as needed Required Skills & Experience: - Clearance required: TS/SCI (with CI Poly preferred) -...
