Position Purpose: The Director of Compensation supports and guides the design, and enterprise-wide administration of the organization’s compensation programs. This role is responsible for the annual compensation cycle, including merit planning, annual incentive/bonus programs, salary structure management, and communication of compensation plans. The Director partners with Total Rewards leadership, HR, and Finance to ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, performance-driven, and aligned with business objectives. This leader also drives the standardization, centralization, and automation of compensation processes to improve efficiency, governance, and scalability across the enterprise Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and administration of base pay structures, incentive plans, and pay-for-performance programs. Own the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, promotional adjustments, and bonus plan funding and payouts. Develop and communicate compensation philosophy, programs, and annual plan materials. Oversee salary surveys, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis.
