Business Growth Lead Salary: £27,360 + milestone‑based performance bonuses Location: Spelthorne, Elmbridge, Runnymede & Windsor/Maidenhead Reports to: Registered Manager / Director Hours: Full‑time About the Role: We are seeking a commercially minded, marketing‑focused Growth Lead to accelerate the expansion of our home care service across two territories - one established with a strong reputation and 550 weekly hours, and one brand‑new territory with no existing clients but is CQC registered. This is a role for someone who thrives on building growth from the ground up, enjoys structured KPIs, and brings a polished, corporate approach to planning, reporting, and execution. You will be responsible for driving enquiries, improving conversion, building community partnerships, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented with professionalism and warmth.
