Job Description: Make a difference early, where it matters most At Each, our Community Health Paediatric and Counselling Service (CHPACS) delivers School Readiness Funded (SRF) programs that strengthen the capacity of kindergartens to support children’s development, wellbeing and inclusion during the years that shape lifelong learning. This program works alongside educators, families and communities to build inclusive, supportive environments for children aged three and four—focusing on communication, wellbeing, and participation so every child can thrive as they transition to school. - Part-time (0.6 FTE), ongoing – 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) - Based across Outer Eastern Melbourne kindergartens, on the lands of the Traditional Owners, with flexible work...
