Job DetailsJob Location: Lebanon, OH 45036Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $15.31 - $22.96 HourlyThe LIVESTRONG® program at the YMCA empowers cancer survivors to improve their quality of life through exercise and building positive relationships. Under the guidance of the coordinator, instructors effectively engage cancer survivors by being knowledgeable of cancer types, surgeries and treatments, and side effects. Instructors modify and progress exercises based on each individual’s specific needs thus providing a safe and appropriate exercise program for each program participant. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: . Organizes session dates and secures instructors to lead programming. Plans and leads two Livestrong graduation ceremonies per year. Assists in planning and organizing an annual memorial tree ceremony Maintains follow up responsibilities with Livestrong alumni Serves as a representative of Livestrong at the YMCA at community events Creates and ensures safe and welcoming environment for instructors and participants Enforces policies, problem solves and handles emergency situations Demonstrates the YMCA core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility Attend trainings when...
