Don’t Just Intern—Improve How a Plant Runs. At ProAmpac, you won’t be doing busy work. As a Continuous Improvement Intern in our Seattle facility, you’ll take on real projects that impact cost, efficiency, and performance across the plant. You’ll step into a fast-paced environment where you’ll solve problems, analyze data, and see your ideas turn into real results —all while working alongside engineering and operations leaders. If you naturally think “there’s a better way to do this” —you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do: - Work on real projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive cost savings - Help optimize processes and identify smarter ways of working - Turn ideas into action through quick wins and improvement initiatives - Track project progress, timelines, and results - Use tools like 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and time studies - Analyze data and help teams make better decisions - Collaborate with engineering, operations, and plant teams What We’re Looking For: - Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized - Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking up - Interested in problem-solving and working with data - Able to collaborate across teams in a hand...
