It's about making sure every employee goes home safe, feels supported, and knows someone is looking out for them. We're looking for a Safety & Wellness Coordinator who takes that responsibility seriously and wants to make a visible, meaningful impact. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be out in the organization, working alongside employees and leaders to solve problems, reduce risk, and strengthen a culture where safety and wellness are part of everyday work. In this role, you'll lead efforts that bring together workplace safety, injury prevention, and employee wellness. You'll manage workers' compensation claims and injury reporting, ensure OSHA compliance, and support employees through return-to-work processes. At the same time, you'll coordinate wellness initiatives that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being-helping employees stay healthy, engaged, and supported.
